This module curated by the Swedish Employment Agency (Arbetsförmedlingen) includes all the learning resources (webinars, presentations, reading materials and videos) on RBM and change management themes most relevant to the change programmes of participating countries. This section is divided into 6 chapters which can be accessed by clicking on the respective chapter titles on the left of the screen.
3. Theory of change, result chain and stakeholder analysis
After active engagement in this session, you will be able to:
- Draft a theory of change
- Define the central concepts in the results chain (input, activity, output, outcome, impact)
- Formulate a ToC in a narrative form
- Identify stakeholders in your change programme
- Categorise and analyse your stakeholders according to the level of interest
- Draft strategies for engaging stakeholders in your change programme
